Governance

AURAK’s Board of Trustees values the input of key stakeholders the governance of the university.

In addition to the Board of Trustees, the University has established the following:

• Student Government Association (SGA) which is operated and managed by students duly elected by their peers.
• Faculty Senate, which is operated and managed by faculty.

These two committees provide a vehicle for the student and faculty voice to be placed at the center of the University’s activities. The Academic Council, which consists of the University’s academic leadership, also ensures that the focus of academic life is aligned with the needs of the students, faculty, and the University.
