Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering

The Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering at AURAK offers a range of degree programs designed to prepare students for professional roles in engineering. Students can pursue the Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering program at the undergraduate level, which provides high-quality engineering education.
In addition to the undergraduate program, the department offers two graduate degree programs: the Master of Engineering Project Management (MEPM) program and the Master of Sustainable and Renewable Energy (MSRE) program. The MEPM program equips students with the knowledge and skills needed to manage complex engineering projects, while the MSRE program focuses on the development and implementation of sustainable and renewable energy technologies.
The program's facilities include state-of-the-art laboratories with the latest technology and software, providing students with hands-on experience designing and building mechanical systems.
Our graduates are well-prepared for professional roles in engineering, including designing and specifying mechanical machinery, components, and tools, as well as overseeing their installation and maintenance. Opportunities are available in various industries, such as automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, energy, robotics, mechatronics, and nanotechnology.
Join us at the Department of Mechanical and Industrial Engineering to gain the knowledge, skills, and experience needed for a successful career in this exciting and dynamic field.
The Mechanical and Industrial Engineering department hosts four labs that are equipped with some of the finest instruments to be utilized for the department needs and students’ projects.
