- If the student has already paid the full tuition and other dues, the refund will be calculated based on the full tuition fees paid.
- If the student has made a partial payment that is less than the net chargeable amount, they will be required to pay the difference.
- The net chargeable amount is the tuition fee calculated after applying the applicable refund percentage.
