Undergraduate Programs – Preparing future Employees

AURAK’s School of Business offers a comprehensive Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with majors in the areas of Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management and Marketing. All students graduating with a BSBA are able to demonstrate job readiness in the following six key areas:
- Broad base of skill and knowledge that allows them to build on their foundations in economics, accounting, finance, management, information systems, marketing and operations to serve the specific needs and challenges of their employers competing in the global market economy.
- Ethical reasoning that enables them to apply concepts and theories of ethics and social responsibility to practical business dilemmas, recognizing the implications of management decisions for the interests of key internal and external stakeholders;
- Presentation and writing skills using the latest business communication tools.
- Team working with the ability to take the lead in team initiatives.
- Critical self-analysis and professional reflection about potential roles in a business context.
- Critical evaluation of business situations and managerial decisions, using financial statements, statistical tools, and other appropriate methods to organize, analyze and present data.
The School’s strong link to the workplace allows graduates from the BSBA to employ tools needed by your organization. This is because at AURAK we balance theory and real work practice to prepare our graduates to quickly adapt when entering the workplace.

Graduate Programs Available for Your Employees
The School also offers graduate programs to help your employees enhance their skills and knowledge. These programs offer flexible scheduling to enable students to ‘work’ and ‘study’, gaining much needed insights that will help them grow their careers and enhance their contribution in your organization.
