Branch Founding

Through the efforts of a volunteering team of chemical engineering students, Eng. Nour Alobaidi and Miss Wigdan Hassan, an application has been filled and a petition sent to the AIChE petition Center for the founding of the AIChE student branch in AURAK by January 2017.

The branch started its activities and conducted two meetings before receiving the official letter about approving American University of Ras Al Khaimah’s petition to become an AIChE Student Chapter on May 2nd, 2017 from the Career and Education Operating Council of the American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE).
