Program-Specific Degree Requirements
The following program-specific admission requirements apply:
- Post Graduate Diploma in Education
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience of teaching or equivalent educational work experience is required.
- Students granted entry to the education programs with less than a 3.0 CGPA in their baccalaureate work must enter the PGDE rather than the MEd.
- The minimum entry requirement is a CGPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale.
- Master of Education in Educational Leadership:
- A minimum of two (2) years of experience of teaching or equivalent work experience is required.
- Students transitioning from the Post Graduate Diploma in Education must have earned a CGPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale in their program of study for admission into the Master of Education.
- The minimum entry requirement for the Master of Education is a CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale. Student having an entry CGPA less than 3.0 should enter the Post Graduate Diploma in Educatio
- Executive Master of Business Administration:
- A baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, or its established equivalent in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program;
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, with a major or minor in Business Studies, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management/Business Information Systems with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale or its recognized equivalent in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program, or
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, in a non-business field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, followed by a postgraduate certificate or diploma in a business-related field.
- The students must also submit an experience certificate, which proves at least five years of work experience in a managerial position to be eligible.
- Successful Personal Interview with School of Business Faculty.
- Master of Business Administration:
- A baccalaureate degree in Business Administration, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, or its established equivalent in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program;
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, with a major or minor in Business Studies, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Management/Business Information Systems with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale or its recognized equivalent in the applicant’s undergraduate degree program, or
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, in a non-business field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00 on a 4.0 scale, followed by a postgraduate certificate or diploma in a business-related field.

- Master of Science in Engineering Project Management:
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Qualified applicants requiring prerequisite courses may be required to take such courses in addition to their regular graduate program courses.
- Students with no prior background in probability and statistics will be required to take IENG 241 Engineering Statistic
- Students with no prior background in engineering economy will be required to take IENG 321 (Engineering Economy).
- Master in Infrastructure Engineering
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Qualified applicants requiring prerequisite courses may be required to take such courses in addition to their regular graduate program courses.
- Master of Science in Sustainable and Renewable Energy
- A baccalaureate degree, or its equivalent, in a relevant field with a minimum CGPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Qualified applicants requiring prerequisite courses may be required to take such courses in addition to their regular graduate program courses.

NOTE: Students who have completed undergraduate education in an English-medium institution might be allowed admission into a graduate program without demonstrating TOEFL score of 550 (or equivalent). This exemption can be applicable only to those students who undertook all their schooling (K-12) plus a Bachelor’s degree in English in a reference English speaking country (e.g. UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand)
