The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) proudly hosted its 10th commencement ceremony on the 25th of November in the presence of 270 undergraduate and postgraduate students from various colleges under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Mohammad Hassan Omran Al Shamsi, Chairman of the University’s Board of Trustees. The ceremony was also attended by a number of directors and officials of local departments in the Emirate.
The ceremony, which took place on AURAK campus, was held under preventative measures and a health protocol, taking into account all recommended safety standards, to ensure the safety of attendees, including the graduates and their families, in addition to the faculty and staff members.
Professor Hassan Hamdan Al-Alkim, President of AURAK, congratulated the graduates of the 10th batch and their families, praising their efforts, which were crowned with success. He also reminded them that they belong to a high-quality university through the accreditations it has obtained, which make their certificates recognized locally and internationally. At the end, he pleaded with them to be always proud of being AURAK’s graduates, wishing them success in their lives and future careers.
