All Classes to Continue Online Until End of Academic Year

All classes at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) will continue online until the end of the 2019-2020 academic year, according to an announcement by the UAE Ministry of Education.
“The Ministry of Education has decided to continue distance learning until the end of the academic year 2019-2020. The decision includes all UAE public and private schools and higher education institutions,” the Ministry said on its Twitter feed.
It is a precaution to prevent the spread of the novel coronavirus or COVID-19.
AURAK campus operations will be carried out from home, with the exception of essential ones, until further notice, in line with a Ministry of Education directive.
AURAK urges its students, faculty, and staff to observe all government directives and advice regarding COVID-19.
