Professor Stephen was delighted with the opportunity to network with former students as a way to help guide the University on avenues of improvement, “The recent Alumni Homecoming BBQ was an important part of AURAK’s efforts to keep its alumni engaged with the university. As I indicated in my remarks to those who attended the event, AURAK depends on its alumni to be our ambassadors with prospective students and their families, emphasizing to those prospective students AURAK’s student-centered approach to education. We also depend on our alumni to provide us with feedback and suggestions on ways in which we can strengthen our existing programs and on potential new programs we might want to develop.”
AURAK President Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim was delighted with the success of the event in that it provided AURAK an avenue for fostering relationships with AURAK Alumni, allowing for open communication for feedback that will help improve the AURAK experience for future students to come.
