H. H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, and his wife, Sheikha Hana bint Juma Al Majid, hosted two delegations from the American University Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) to celebrate the holy month of Ramadan.

H. H. Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi has graciously made it a Ramadan tradition of hosting two AURAK delegations every year, illustrating his devotion to the University. The holy observation began with female faculty members and staff of AURAK being hosted by Sheikha Hana bint Juma Al Majid where she honored the representatives by personally receiving each member and engaging in amiable discourse in the intimate setting of her home concerning the future and her hopes and expectations for AURAK. The following night a male delegation, headed by the AURAK President, Professor Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, took part in the revered custom of being received by His Highness and discussing AURAK’s prospects.
