CCE&CS Graduates 51 Emirati Job-Seekers

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has celebrated the graduation of 51 Emirati citizens following their completion of two professional development courses: ‘Diploma in Innovation’ and ‘Diploma in Excellence in Customer Service’.  The training courses were organized by the University’s Center for Continuing Education and Community Service (CCE&CS).

The training programs are another example of the commitment, as demonstrated in the Memorandum of Understanding, between AURAK and the Ras Al Khaimah Department of Human Resources and the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence.

Mr. Hichem Mezghani, manager of the CCE&CS attended the ceremony, held in the Building D conference room on campus, as well as special guests Dr. Bayan Harb, director of Al Bayan Consulting, and Dr. Omar Mourad, who is a certified instructor in the field of human resources.

During the ceremony, Mr. Mezghani congratulated the graduates, emphasizing on how both training courses focused on theory and practice, and on the development of innovation and customer service skills.

Dr. Bayan Harb has expressed his satisfaction with the courses, and also praised the graduates for their dedication and commitment throughout the duration of the programs.  Dr. Mourad wished the graduates success in their working lives.  He also commended the quality of the courses, underlining the importance of innovation and the value of creativity at the workplace.  The graduates were presented with their well-earned diplomas at the conclusion of the ceremony.
