School of Arts and Sciences Organizes Project Exhibition
May 10, 2016, Â
The Department of Biotechnology yesterday organized a multidisciplinary project exhibition, allowing students from all programs to showcase the various projects and models they have been working on throughout the academic year.
Students from the School of Engineering, School of Business, and School of Arts and Sciences, all participated, submitting projects on the condition that they intertwined their own specialization with an aspect of biotechnology.
The participants, although from different schools and majors, are all taking a biology or biochemistry course this semester, as part of AURAK’s general education requirement. The General Education Program complements the students’ major program of study and enhances their educational experience. The program encourages creativity and cultivates the abilities essential for the acquisition of knowledge.
