Dr. Rusty Guest of Honor at IPHS Graduation

Dr. Lee ‘Rusty’ Waller, interim dean of student affairs and enrollment management at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah, was guest of honor at this year’s Indian Public High School (IPHS) graduation.
At the graduation ceremony, which took place at the IPHS campus on Friday, Dec. 10, Dr. Rusty represented the university, giving a speech in which he recognized the valuable contributions that India have made to the field of mathematics, as well as congratulating all graduates for completing another major milestone in their young lives.
Dr. Rusty was then called onto the stage to present each graduate with their certificate. A spectacular cultural celebration featuring Indian music, song and dance followed the graduation ceremony.
Earlier this semester, the IPHS principal, Ms. Anubha Nijhawan, visited the university in order to meet Prof. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, AURAK president, and discuss potential areas of further cooperation.
