Mustapha Merabet has a PhD in Energy Sciences from the National Institute of Scientific Research in Energy, Quebec – Canada. He worked as senior lecturer at the University of Quebec, as a research scientist at the Dielectric Research Laboratory in Trois-Rivieres Quebec, and for more than 13 years as a senior scientist and project manager at the Nestle Research Center. Also, he managed a startup company active in electro-biotechnology fields. His research interests focus on the development of specific electromagnetic processes, and on brand-new electromagnetic techniques for the sea-water desalination. He authored about 18 research articles in peer-reviewed journals, and is holder of 9 patents in electromagnetic and microwave processing.
