An avid educator, Dr. Osama Khassawneh brings over seventeen years’ education experience in the facets of teaching, training, creating learning strategies and programs. Dr. Khassawneh received his Ph.D. in Business (HRM) from the University of Gloucestershire in the United Kingdom, MBA from Vancouver Island University in Canada, and Master in Tourism from Yarmouk University in Jordan. Over the years, he has held several integral positions in several countries, exposing him to new cultures and teaching strategies.
Beyond his academic work, he was involved in several managerial positions in Canadian hotels and organizations. His vast experience and insight give him leverage in making informed decisions such as utilizing the best techniques for producing high-quality content. Dr. Khassawneh is passionate about learning and improving the entire learning process and spends a lot of his time doing research and creating streamlined and relevant course content. Currently, Dr. Khassawneh is engaged in publishing papers on current research in the areas of organizational behavior and HRM.
