Ms. Ismail finished her M.Sc in Computer Engineering and Networks from the University of Jordan, Amman, Jordan in 2012, and her B.Sc in Computer Engineering from same university in 2005.
She taught undergraduate level at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan and Applied Science University of Jordan. Her research focuses on Wireless Networks.
In AURAK, she is in charge of Computer and Electrical laboratories. Her main responsibilities are to plan, organize and set up the laboratories for experiments needed in course content, to make sure to run them in accordance with Standards and University Health and Safety Policy and to instruct students in Laboratory-based courses including preparation of appropriate course material.
