Abdelfatah Arman earned his Ph.D. in Workforce Education & Development with an emphasis on Human Resource Development and Organization Development (OD) from the Pennsylvania State University, Pennsylvania State, United States of America. He attained his Master’s degree from the Pennsylvania State University as well, in Public Administration with a concentration in Public Human Resource Management. Dr. Arman has more than eight years of experience in human resource management in the public and private sectors in the United States of America. Arman’s research interests revolve around diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace, employee engagement, satisfaction, turnover, and sustainable management practices. Dr. Arman presented his research at esteemed international conferences such as the Academy of Management, the Academy of Human Resource Development (AHRD), and the Global Academy of Training & Research (GATR). He’s also serving as an independent organization development (OD) consultant; successfully implemented several OD interventions such as Sickle Cell Council of Central Pennsylvania, Harrisburg, PA, St. Paul Lutheran Church, and Pine Grove Mills, PA.
