AURAK Holds Fitness Advice Session for Students, Staff and Faculty
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) held a fitness advice session for students, faculty and staff to help them enjoy healthier lives.
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) held a fitness advice session for students, faculty and staff to help them enjoy healthier lives.
It covered healthy diets, poor nutrition and the ill effects of junk food. Sensitive issues like weight gain and weight loss were also included. Proper workout habits and the ill effects of steroid use were also discussed.
Personalized one-on-one sessions were then held to discuss personal programs.
