General Manager of Customs Department Visits AURAK

General Manager of the Ras Al Khaimah Customs Department, Dr. Mohammed Abdullah Al Mehrezi paid a visit to the American University of Ras Al Khaimah this morning.

Before taking a tour of AURAK’s facilities and the rapidly-developing campus, Dr. Al Mehrezi met Professor Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, AURAK President, in his office. The meeting was also attended by Dean of the School of Business, Professor Abdullah Alhumoud.

The two government entities discussed possible future collaboration, particularly in terms of providing opportunities to AURAK’s business majors. RAK Customs Department is involved in promoting trade, the elimination of trade barriers, and combating trading fraud and money laundering.
