President Holds Student, Faculty and Staff Meetings

Prof. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim has held his annual meetings with students, staff and faculty over the last two days, in order to gauge their satisfaction with how the university is progressing.

In both meetings, Prof. Al Alkim began by informing all parties on how the university is progressing, targets, achievements and what can be expected in the future. He also used this opportunity to reveal more information on the university’s campus-development plan, which has seen construction begin on the RAK Bank School of Business and new student accommodation.

Following the introduction, Prof. Al Alkim, alongside Prof. Bilal Akash, acting vice president of academic affairs and student success, and Dr. Lee ‘Rusty’ Waller, dean of student services and enrollment management, fielded a question and answer session.
