Visit of Prof. Stephen C. Wilhite, to RAKRIC
Prof. Stephen C. Wilhite Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Success / Provost at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah visited RAK Research and Innovation Center. The visit included a meeting with RAKRIC team and a tour at the SOLAB of RAKRIC.
Prof. Stephen C. Wilhite Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Success / Provost at the American University of Ras Al Khaimah visited RAK Research and Innovation Center. The visit included a meeting with RAKRIC team and a tour at the SOLAB of RAKRIC.
The visit started with a presentation delivered by Prof. Mousa Mohsen the director of RAKRIC, in which he presented the current activities at the research center.
The presentation covered currently on-going projects and services provided at the center such as: Solar Calorimetric Testing, Testing Performance of High SRI Materials, Solar Tent Project, PV Testing, Solar Decathlon Middle East Competition, Energy Modeling, Energy Auditing, Technical Training Courses, Greenhouse Project, Publications at the center and etc. After that a tour at the research facilities was conducted, in which all the facilities where shown to Prof. Stephen.
Prof. Stephen expressed his satisfaction on the work being done at the center and said that he is glad by the commitment and dedication shown by RAKRIC team in research, service providing and market exposure.
