In addition, LEAD team members are committed to AURAK's mission and actively engage in detailed planning, assessment, and utilization of results to constantly improve their services.

To support this process, the LEAD utilizes an automated institutionalized operational planning system that archives documents and generates reports in accordance with the quality management system requirements of the International Standards ISO 9001. All LEAD team members play an active role in continually enhancing the effectiveness of LEAD's quality management system and achieving its quality objectives.
