AURAK Earns Accreditation Renewal
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has today revealed that its Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering has had its accreditation renewed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA).
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) has today revealed that its Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering has had its accreditation renewed by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s Commission for Academic Accreditation (CAA).
Less than a month has passed since AURAK announced that its computer engineering program had earned ABET accreditation, yet the work continues, as the University seeks to ensure that the education it provides is synonymous with quality.
President of AURAK, Professor Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, commented, “I’d like to reiterate my thanks to Professor Mousa, our dean of engineering, the chair, members of the departments, and the team who worked on the preparation of the program’s credentials. Through our hard work and determination we continue to regularly meet our targets.”
The decision to grant the renewal was issued to the University by Professor Emad Abuelrub, commissioner of the CAA.
