AURAK Holds Teamwork Workshop
The Office of Institutional Advancement and the School of Business of the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) facilitate Teamwork Workshop on Nov 17th, 2021. The workshop targeted helping both current university’s students as well as graduates.
The Office of Institutional Advancement and the School of Business of the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) facilitate Teamwork Workshop on Nov 17th, 2021. The workshop targeted helping both current university’s students as well as graduates.
The workshop presented by Dr. Osama Khassawneh, Community Engagement Coordinator and Assistant Professor in Management, in efforts to give participants the skills to build and sustain a high-performance team, as well as the skills necessary to perform at the individual level. The experiential nature of the training, combined with adult learning methods, ensure an exciting and memorable event. AURAK students left the event with an integrated set of skills, knowledge, and plans to renew team spirit, enhance performance, and improve team leadership. They learnt that when these skills are applied, teams are stronger, more productive, and more aligned in purpose than ever before
“AURAK is glad to organize Career Development workshops for its students and alumni. Career Development and Job Placement training is vital because it provides students and graduates with an opportunity to expand their knowledge base and improve their job abilities, allowing them to be more productive in the workplace.” Prof. Hassan said.
