AURAK’s is highly popular, especially among teachers within Ras Al Khaimah’s public school system. The two-year degree offers two concentrations: teaching and learning for those who wish to improve their practice and become instructional leaders, and school leadership for those who want to advance to an administrative role.

The program also provides students with a deep understanding of educational policy, teaching and learning practice, and administration, within the context of Ras Al Khaimah and the United Arab Emirates.
