AURAK Volunteers at RAK Half Marathon

A group of students and staff from the American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) volunteered to man a water station at this year’s RAK Half Marathon.

The 11th annual RAK Half Marathon gave the university the opportunity to give back to the local community, as the team distributed water to runners from their station which was located outside RAK Mall.

Community service and civic responsibility form an important facet of AURAK’s strategic goals, always eager to positively contribute to the development and advancement of the emirate.
