Job-Seekers Graduate from CCE Accounting Course
A group of Emirati job-seekers have today graduated from a professional training course at AURAK’s Center for Continuing Education.
A group of Emirati job-seekers have today graduated from a professional training course at AURAK’s Center for Continuing Education.
The course was a result of collaboration between the Sheikh Saqr Program for Government Excellence and the Human Resources Department of Ras Al Khaimah, while AURAK’s Centre for Continuing Education and Community Services (CCECS) provided the training.
A total of 19 Emirati job-seekers were presented with a Professional Diploma in Accounting, having completed a 125 hours of training between August and October. The course was taught by Dr. Hamzah Al Mawali, Assistant Professor in Finance and Accounting at AURAK, and Dr. Ibrahim Elsiddig Ahmed.
The graduation ceremony, held in the conference room of Building D, was attended by Professor Hassan Al Alkim, President of AURAK, Noora Al Shehhi, Manager of Training and Professional Development at the RAK Human Resources Department, Hichem Mezghani, Manager of the CCECS.
Positively contributing to the local community, while providing this type of support to the residents of Ras Al Khaimah is one of AURAK’s strategic goals.
The American University of Ras Al Khaimah (AURAK) is an independent co-education institution of Higher Education that provides an integrated American-style, undergraduate and graduate education with a strong focus on local indigenous culture. The UAE Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research accredit all of AURAK’s programs.
