New Faculty Orientation & Opening Semester Reception
As usual, at the beginning of each semester the Provost’s Office organized a new faculty orientation which took place on Wednesday January 21, 2015. The Provost welcomed the new faculty members and during the orientation the Provost highlighted the important policies and procedures which can help the new faculty succeed at AURAK.

The Provost discussed AURAK’s Schools and Departments. He also discussed academic issues, including expectations and opportunities in teaching, research and scholarship, service to the university and community, advising, faculty and program evaluation, and professional development.
The orientation was linked to a Faculty and Staff Reception, which was held on the garden square near Building B. The reception was attended by the President and the majority of the AURAK family, who came to welcome our new colleagues.
