The purpose of the meeting was to provide an opportunity for the student body to sound their concerns or clarify any questions they might have regarding the present and future of AURAK
The meeting witnessed an impressive turnout in which Prof. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, President, commenced with addressing the students, welcoming them to the new academic year, proceeding with an introduction, from Provost Prof. Stephen Wilhite, of the newly elected SGA officers. The conference ensued with a dynamic interaction between the students and our leadership Prof. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim, President, Provost Prof. Stephen Wilhite, Senior Vice President for Academic Affairs and Student Success, Mr. Kevin Scott Konecny, Assistant Provost for Student Success.
The afternoon beheld a combination of queries, solutions and wise pieces of advice. Further strengthening our notion of believing in this entity to be a strong united unit with the full support of our leadership, as the president ends the meeting on a touching note “Our primary goal is your happiness, if you are not happy, we have failed”
