Prof. Al Fajjawi Speaks at Harvard

AURAK’s Professor Omar Al Fajjawi was invited to the US last week in order to present at Harvard’s Center for Middle Eastern Studies and the University of Oklahoma’s College of International Studies.

During his visit, Prof. Omar discussed Classical and Modern Arabic Literature in UAE, and gave a talk on ‘A Culture of Integrated Knowledge: A case from Arabic and Islamic Heritage.’ The second of his two lectures was entitled ‘Arabic and Islamic Heritage: Understanding and Clarification, Pre-Islamic Era as a Model’.
