RAK Police Discuss AURAK Cooperation

Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of RAK Police, and Brigadier Abdullah Khamis Alhadidi, Deputy Commander-in-Chief, met a delegation from the American University of Ras Al Khaimah this week, headed by its president, Prof. Hassan Hamdan Al Alkim.

The two parties met at the RAK Police General Headquarters, and used the meeting as an opportunity to discuss strengthening their relationship between and developing new fields of mutual cooperation. The planned cooperation forms part of the Ministry of Interior’s vision, which encourages collaboration between the UAE’s police departments and institutions involved in scientific research.

Prof. Al Alkim stressed the importance of strengthening AURAK’s relationship with RAK Police, and also expressed his appreciation towards Major General Alwan Al Nuaimi for the police’s work in ensuring that Ras Al Khaimah continues to be a safe and secure place to live.
