A team of researchers from RAKRIC has participated at ICECTA, held at AURAK between 21-23 November 2017.

The conference hosted wide range of technical papers in topics related to electrical technologies and applications, including but not limited to: Antennas and Propagation, Signal and Image Processing, Computer Networks, Bioinformatics and Biomedical Electronics and Wireless Communications and Wireless Networks.

The participation of the researchers at RAKRIC consisted of presenting 3 scientific papers at the Conference. Covering topics in Renewable Energy, Photo-voltaic Technologies and Control Systems. Following are the presented papers:

  • Efficiency Analysis of Polycrystalline PV Panels After Ten Years of Exposure in UAE Conditions, Waqarullah Kazim and Uday Kumar.
  • Online Multi-Parameters Electronic Monitoring System for Solar Photovoltaic Panel Applications, Ahmad Amhani and Hussain Attia.
  • Performance Evaluation of Solar Tracking Systems for Power Generation Based on Simulation Analysis: Solar Island Concept, Nada Al Safarini, Omar Akash, Mousa Mohsen and Zaki Iqbal.
